Vouchers can be redeemed at our ticket stores for our events.
Vouchers were issued due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and are still valid in 2022.
The vouchers are not personalized. You can simply pass the code on.
If you place a new order and pay with the amount of the voucher, a new voucher will be issued if the balance is more than sufficient.
The remaining amount will be issued as a voucher to the person who received the first voucher.
If the balance of the voucher is not sufficient for the new order, an additional payment will be required.
If an order is canceled, the code is blocked for about 20min.
